Why I Do This Work

My journey into healing began as a deeply personal one. As a teenager, I struggled with self-criticism and low self-esteem. Searching for relief, I immersed myself in holistic therapies and discovered a new way of being—one rooted in self-compassion, connection, and empowerment.

That experience ignited my passion for helping others. I know how challenging it can be to feel disconnected from yourself or overwhelmed by life's demands. My calling is to hold a safe, nurturing space where you can explore your inner world, release what no longer serves you, uplift your energy field, and step into your true power.

Seeing the transformation in my clients, and knowing that they are going out and sharing their light with the world—fuels my passion every single day.

My Philosophy

Healing isn’t about “fixing” something broken. It’s about recognizing the wholeness within you that has always been there, even in your most challenging moments. In my practice, I act as a guide and a witness, helping you tap into your innate ability to heal and thrive.

Outside of my healing practice, I find joy in the simple things that nourish my spirit—walking in nature, gardening, reading , singing, and cooking vibrant meals for loved ones. I’m a firm believer in the importance of play and creativity, whether it’s through dancing, doing puzzles, or crafting.
